單螺桿泵是按迥轉(zhuǎn)嚙合容積式原理工作的新型泵種，主要工作部件是偏心螺桿(轉(zhuǎn)子)和固定的襯套(定子)。定子采用無(wú)毒無(wú)味的食用橡膠制造。
由于該二部件的特殊幾何形狀，分別形成單獨(dú)的密封容腔，介質(zhì)由軸向均勻推行流動(dòng)，內(nèi)部流速低，容積保持不變，壓力穩(wěn)定，因而不會(huì)產(chǎn)生渦流和攪動(dòng)。每級(jí)泵的輸出壓力為0.6MPa，揚(yáng)程60m(清水)，自吸高度一般在6m以上。
因定子選用多種彈性材料制成，所以這種泵對(duì)高粘度流體的輸送和含有硬質(zhì)懸浮顆粒介質(zhì)或含有纖維介質(zhì)的輸送，有一般泵種所不能勝任的特性。其流量與轉(zhuǎn)速成正比。
本泵結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，體積小，維修簡(jiǎn)便。對(duì)介質(zhì)的適應(yīng)性強(qiáng)，流量平穩(wěn)，壓力脈動(dòng)小，自吸能力高。工作溫度可達(dá)120℃，如果需輸送120℃-350℃高溫介質(zhì)，可定做。廣泛用于食品、造紙、印染、化工、化肥、制藥等工業(yè)部門(mén)。
Single screw pump is a late-model solution based on the working principle of return mesh volume. The main working elements are eccentric screw (rotor) and fixed lining (stator). Stator is made of nontoxic, scentless and edible rubber.
The special geometrical figures of these two parts have respectively formed up independent sealing chambers. The medium is axially flowing evenly, and slowly inside, volume remaining unchanged, and pressure kept smooth, so there will not produce any vortex and agitation. The output pressure of each stage of pump is 0.6MPa, head 60m (clean water), and self-priming height usually above 6m.
Because stator is made of several resilient materials, therefore, this pump is provided with the character to handle highly viscous fluid, medium containing hard suspended particles or fibre. This is unserviceable by other pumps. Its flow forms a direct ratio with speed.
This pump is featured by compact structure, small volume, easy maintenance, outstanding adaptability to medium, smooth flow, low pressure fluctuation and excellent self-priming capacity. The working temperature is up to 120℃. And it can be custom made to handle high temperature medium between 120℃-350℃. They are widely used in the industries of foodstuff, papermaking, printing, dyeing, chemical, fertilizer and pharmaceutical etc.
